As the global pandemic halted in-person gatherings, the Colombian Association of Medical Insurance Companies (ACEMI) faced a crisis: cancel their flagship annual congress or reinvent it. The goal was to move beyond a simple webinar and create a high-prestige, interactive environment that could host thousands of LATAM healthcare leaders and maintain the association's influence.
The Solution: I spearheaded the end-to-end creation of a custom virtual environment. This included the graphic conceptualization of the streaming platform, multimedia production for all speakers, and the architectural design of digital conference rooms and networking hubs. I managed the project lifecycle from initial branding and advertising to technical logistics and post-event impact reporting.
Strategic Talent Coordination: Managed the end-to-end digital onboarding and production for keynote speakers, including:
Bernie Elliot (UnitedHealthcare): Bringing insights from the world’s largest healthcare company.
Dan Buettner (National Geographic Fellow): Coordinating the delivery of his world-renowned research on longevity and "Blue Zones" for a Colombian audience.
Erasmus University Rotterdam: Facilitating the academic and technical requirements for European contributors to ensure a seamless cross-continental knowledge exchange.
